The Wine
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, inky-style unfiltered wine blend which is very rich in flavor. It is well extracted with delicious fruit on the palate including cherry, with chocolate overtones. The wine is full bodied with a beautiful long finish. The tannins are well managed and having a few extra years in the bottle has really helps our flagship wine come together.
This wine is next to nature as the only additive is a minimal amount of sulfites to preserve the wine while it is in the bottle. It is a wine to be enjoyed and savored as its complexity is revealed by each taste of the wine.
